3 new favourites from Basin

If you're a regular reader of my blog you'll know I'm a huge fan of Basin and always make sure to visit everytime I'm in Walt Disney World! In today's post I'm going to share three of my new favourites from them with you, as I've discovered some great new products from them over the past few months..

Basin are a USA based brand who are famous for their popular bath and beauty products, all of their products are completely natural and cruelty free, which I think is amazing! They create and sell a huge selection of products ranging from bath bombs to shampoo bars and skincare.. so there's plenty to choose from when shopping in a Basin store! They have stores across the USA, but most importantly two in Walt Disney world.. one in Disney Springs and one in the Grand Floridian hotel also, which both contain lots of exclusive Disney themed goodies!

"All Basin products are animal cruelty-free, and never contain parabens, alcohol, or mineral oil. Our skin is the largest organ we have and what we put on our skin will be absorbed by and affect our bodies for better or worse. For this reason, we believe in producing the most natural products possible."

First up is their electric lemonade bath bomb, and how gorgeous does this one look? I love the bright yellow and blue design, and I think it's just perfect for summer. Size wise you definitely get a generous sized bath bomb for the price as you'll be able to see from the photos below.. that's one thing I love about Basin, I always find you get your moneys worth with the majority of their products!

My favourite thing about the bath bombs from Basin is the scent throw that they have, once this one starts fizzing it releases that gorgeous sweet lemonade fragrance into the bath so well.. the citrus aroma seems to linger really nicely for a good few hours after too which I really like. Colour wise, once this one finished fizzing it left my bath water a gorgeous bright green colour, so if you're a fan of bath bombs that leave your water looking fun and colourful then you'll absolutely love this one.

Price wise this one costs $4.99, and converted to pounds that isn't too bad at all, especially compared to alot of the more expensive bath bombs these days. This has actually been my favourite bath bomb I've tried from Basin so far, both scent and colour wise.. so, if you're ever in Basin anytime soon I really recommend picking this one up as I'll definitely be getting another myself when I'm back next year!

Next up is their Fresh pineapple soap, which gives me all of the Disney World dole whip vibes with the gorgeous fruity pineapple scent and splash of vanilla.. the blend of this one is really lovely, and is definitely the perfect scent with summer now here. If you're a fan of tropical based scents then I think you're going to love this one, especially if you like pineapple!

Aswell as the scent the soap most importantly cleanses the skin really well, leaving it feeling lovely and soft. This is one of their vegetable glycerin soaps which I've tried so many of now after all my trips to basin.. they lather up on the skin so well, making them the perfect bath pamper essential! Also how gorgeous does this soap look? I love the cute pineapple design, the bright yellow colouring definitely gives me all of the summer vibes along with the added pink and green chunks too.. very pretty indeed!

Price wise, in store they are priced by weight, however online this costs $5.99, and for such a gorgeous soap I think this one's worth every penny! I also think these soaps make great gifts too, especially the fun themed designed ones like this one, perfect for gifting for lots of different occasions, whether that be for a birthday gift or a get well present.

Another product I've been loving is their 'Wishes' body butter. I've been using this one everyday recently and I just love it, it's packed full of cocoa butter, shea butter and moisurizing oils and has really helped to leave my skin feeling soft and nourished. I've tried a few different body butters from Basin in the past year and have been really impressed with all of them, they really seem to pack so much moisture into the skin.. so for someone who suffers from dry skin I'm a big fan!

Aswell as the practicality this scent is absolutely gorgeous, Basin always nail their scents spot on and this blend is no exception. It has scents of sugary sandalwood, freesia, and champagne which blend into a lovely sweet floral scent! The only slight downside with this one for me is the price, as this one costs $17.99 so it's a pretty pricey body butter. One thing I will say though is their body butters do always seem to last a really decent amount of time, as you hardly need to use much product at all.. so you do save some money there I guess!

I hope you enjoyed hearing about some of my new favourite Basin products, I am just in love with Basin as a brand so if you're ever in the states I highly recommend tracking down a store, especially if you're in the Florida area as their shops in Disney World are beautiful! Let me know in the comments if you've ever tried any products from Basin before, and your thoughts?

* This post contains PR samples, however as always all opinions are my own.
